Terms of Service

Last updated: July 22, 2026 · Governs meepmorp.app, Melzi, and the Meep Morp Social Media Publisher (“SMP”)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Money Marathon, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Meep Morp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of meepmorp.app, Melzi, the Social Media Publisher, and our desktop app (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

Meep Morp provides Melzi, a task-based video organization workspace that layers on top of your video editor (import, organize, transcribe, publish), and the Social Media Publisher, a tool for scheduling and posting your video Content to third-party social platforms you connect. Features, pricing tiers, and included AI/storage allowances may change over time; current tiers are shown at meepmorp.app/#pricing.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Account sign-in is provided via AWS Cognito. You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Notify us promptly at hello@meepmorp.app of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your Content

You own your Content. Video files, thumbnails, captions, and other material you upload or generate through the Service (“Content”) remain yours. By uploading Content, you grant Money Marathon, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you — including running the AI processing described in Section 4, and publishing Content to the specific third-party platforms you explicitly select and authorize. This license ends when you delete the Content or your account, subject to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

You’re solely responsible for your Content and for having the necessary rights to upload it, process it with AI, and publish it to any platform you connect.

4. AI Processing

Using the Service, you authorize us to process your Content through our AI systems — including transcription, translation, summarization, tagging, and auto-generated social captions — using a mix of our own self-hosted models and, as a fallback, third-party cloud AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated output (transcripts, captions, tags, translations) may contain errors; you’re responsible for reviewing it before publishing.

5. Publishing to Third-Party Platforms

The Social Media Publisher lets you connect accounts on platforms like YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and X, using each platform’s own OAuth authorization flow. When you do:

  • You are granting your own authorization for us to post Content you select, on your behalf, to the account(s) you connect.
  • You remain solely responsible for complying with each platform’s own terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. We are not responsible for a platform suspending, restricting, or removing your account or content, or for changes a platform makes to its API, posting rules, or availability.
  • Some platforms (e.g. YouTube, TikTok) require their own compliance review of publishing apps and may restrict newly-connected apps/accounts to private-only posting until that review completes — this is a platform-side requirement outside our control.
  • You can disconnect a platform at any time from your account settings; we delete the associated access tokens immediately.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload or publish Content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights, or that depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — which we detect for and will report to authorities and permanently remove.
  • Send spam, or use the Service to abuse a connected platform’s posting or API limits.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, Content, or our infrastructure.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid tiers are billed through Stripe via our billing partner, lostnewbs.org, at the price and interval (monthly/annual) shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Storage, AI-queue priority, and encoding credits included in each tier are described at meepmorp.app/#pricing and may change with reasonable notice.
  • Founder-tier pricing and badges, where offered, are locked in for the account that redeemed them under the terms in effect at signup.

8. Free Tier & Storage Limits

Free-tier accounts include a limited storage allowance. If your stored Content exceeds your plan’s allowance and isn’t brought back under it, excess files may be deleted from active storage, as described in our Privacy Policy. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you before deletion where practical, but deletion of over-allowance Content is not guaranteed to wait on a response.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; data handling on termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate. We don’t guarantee any specific third-party platform will approve, keep approved, or not suspend your connected account.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Marathon, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Utah.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we’ll provide reasonable notice (e.g. email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
